Double Header Meet-Up

If you're attending both events, we invite you to join us for the Double Header Meet-Up on the evening of December 8. This casual networking reception is exclusively for attendees participating in both conferences and is a great opportunity to connect with colleagues before the Annual Meeting begins the following morning.

As a thank-you for making it a double header, you'll also receive an exclusive FHA baseball cap to commemorate your participation in both events.

Hotel Accommodations

Both conferences are being held at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, making it easy to attend both events.

Because the Workforce Summit and Annual Meeting have separate hotel room blocks, attendees staying for both conferences will need to make a reservation in each room block. While you will receive two separate reservation confirmation numbers, the hotel will identify guests with reservations in both blocks and ensure you remain in the same guest room throughout your stay. There is no need to check out and change rooms between events.

To help the hotel match your reservations, we recommend booking both reservations using the same guest name and email address.
